Vouchers

Gift vouchers are nonrefundable and must be used within the expiry date.

Product Purchases

We offer returns for unopened products within 7 days of receipt.

To Initiate a return please contact us to explain the situation and receive instructions for returning the product.

Deposits

You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment time, these are none refundable, but they can be transferrable to another appointment if you have given us 48 hours notice
